3156 Z22

The 3156 ATEX are i-vacs suitable to work in Atex classified zones (i.e. Z22, Z21, Z2, Z1). These compact units are mainly used to recover small quantities of fine dust and trimmings. The layout is vertical with the motor set inside a steel chassis, beneath the removable stainless steel container.

1.6 kW (2 HP) power rating obtained with threephase motors whose noise level is kept to the minimum. The self cooling suction unit can work continuously without need of any maintenance. Very large area, high-retention antistatic filters. The models are equipped with swivel castors, with a relief valve and a device against the airflow reversal. These versions are mainly used in fixed installations for the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries where the risk of explosion represents a real nuisance to the working environment. Ideal for automated applications (no need for the operator). 3156 ATEX: safety above all.
